Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and execute investments in landscape and seascape restoration projects across the UK.
• Conduct commercial and financial due diligence on restoration opportunities, assessing revenue potential from ecosystem service agreements.
• Build investment‑grade financial models incorporating long‑term contracted payments from corporate buyers, water companies, and other offtakers.
• Structure deals and negotiate terms with project developers, landowners, and ecosystem service purchasers.
• Develop investment cases and present opportunities to the investment committee.
• Monitor portfolio company performance across financial, environmental, and social KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates seeking to secure ecosystem services critical to their operations.
• Identify market opportunities as the payment for ecosystem services framework evolves.

Requirements

• Strong experience in infrastructure equity, real‑estate equity, private equity, or growth equity.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring skills.
• Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and managing investments.
• Experience conducting commercial due diligence and negotiating transaction terms.
• Genuine interest in transitioning investment skills toward environmental and social impact.
