You will define and implement business plans and asset strategies to drive outperformance, oversee value-enhancing initiatives, and forecast future asset performance. Your role will involve evaluating returns on capital expenditure, making strategic recommendations to fund managers and clients, and managing key external relationships. You will lead on sourcing, underwriting, and executing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, while identifying new investment opportunities and themes. Acting as a senior team member, you will foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, ensure compliance with governance and risk standards, and champion ESG integration within asset strategies.
