This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced investment professional who can drive acquisition strategy, lead transactions, and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape the future of a fast-growing, dynamic business.

The Role:

• Leading UK investment strategy with responsibility for origination, underwriting, and execution.
• Managing the full lifecycle of transactions—from deal sourcing through to closing
• Leveraging existing industry networks and relationships to identify opportunities
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including analysts, finance, and operations
• Contributing to the broader growth and capital raising strategy across the platform

You will have:

• Proven track record in UK real estate investment, ideally with experience in student accommodation or living sectors
• Deep understanding of investment appraisal, deal structuring, and market fundamentals
• Strong network across brokers, developers, and institutional investors
• Confident communicator and commercial thinker with a collaborative, hands-on approach
• 10+ years' experience in real estate private equity, investment management, or advisory
