Investment Banking Sales - Director / Associate Director (London)

I’m working with a global financial services partner to Corporate & Investment Banks that is expanding its EMEA Investment Banking sales team.

This role is open to two types of candidates:

✔ Bankers (IB, Capital Markets, Credit / Lending)

who want to move into a client-facing Sales / Business Development role

✔ Experienced sellers

who already sell services, solutions, or technology to Investment Banks / Wholesale Banking teams

Prior formal sales experience is valued but not essential.

The Role

• Originate and grow relationships with Investment Banks across EMEA
• Engage senior stakeholders (MDs, COOs, Heads of Credit, Transformation)
• Own the full commercial cycle: origination → pitch → close
• Build revenue pipeline against a clear quota
