Investment Banking Associate, Technology M&A, Blue Chip Firm - Greenwich Partners We are now working with a really successful investment banking advisory firm with a great technology M&A team. They advise companies across the broad range of software and technology companies. The role will focus on:

Active member of a very busy deal team Working on the execution of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs Financial modelling and analysts; deal structuring and valuations Working on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information for other parties

The successful candidate will have a background as follows:

Associates in mergers and acquisitions from a bank or advisory firm Experience of working in technology M&A deals Excellent deal sheet
