An internationally renowned private real estate investment firm with c.£15b AUM across Europe and the US. They are known for large London developments, logistics and living investment strategies, as well as corporate acquisitions. The living team is now seeking an Investment Associate, to focus on the PBSA sector across the UK, Spain and Italy. As part of a small and flat structured team, the individual will have cradle to grave transaction exposure.

Role Summary

An Associate role focused on real estate investment analysis, financial modelling, and supporting transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling and analysis for real estate investments
• Update and maintain investment models tracking cash flows and performance
• Prepare financial analysis for investment decisions
• Support investor reporting and board presentations
• Assist in asset development and portfolio management
• Coordinate with lenders and manage financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of investment banking or real estate investment experience
• Advanced financial modelling skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proven track record of creating value and risk management
• Exposure to and strong understanding of real estate investment – ideally with exposure to Europe.
• Experience in the PBSA / Living sectors – not essential but would be a benefit
• European languages – preferable
