We are working with a warm and welcoming village primary school in the DE11 area to appoint an experienced Intervention Teaching Assistant . This full-time position will involve delivering small group and 1:1 academic interventions across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, focusing on raising attainment in reading, writing, and maths. You will work closely with class teachers and the SEND team to plan and deliver structured catch-up programmes, monitor pupil progress and help build confidence in learners who need a little extra support. This role is ideal for someone with a nurturing, patient approach and strong subject knowledge.
