International Senior Sales Consultant - Turkish Speaking
£40,000-£45,000 basic + £80,000-£85,000 OTE
Location: East London + International travel
A major London housebuilder is looking for a Turkish-speaking International Sales Consultant to join a high-performing International team selling new-build London apartments to overseas investors and owner-occupiers. You will focus on Turkish-speaking clients, working across 8 live projects with 4 more in the pipeline.

- Autonomy: office-based in East London on Mondays, the rest of the week is yours to manage viewings, meetings and BD
- Supportive, hands-off leadership from an experienced manager who lets you get on with doing deals
- Own and grow the Turkish-speaking client base (investors and end-users)
- Drive sales across multiple London schemes, presenting the developments and the London opportunity clearly and persuasively
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, viewings (virtual and in-person), negotiation and closing
- Attend international property events, exhibitions and roadshows (including some Saturdays - with time off in lieu)
- Collaborate with the wider International team (6 people) and work alongside an established colleague on the Turkish Desk
- Maintain an organised diary, pipeline and reporting while hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Fluent Turkish speaker with strong written and spoken English
- Proven track record in property sales, international sales, or high-value consultative selling
- Comfortable with international travel, events and networking
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy, can manage their own diary and deliver against targets
- Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the London property market
