About the role…
In the past 18 months we have experienced considerable growth and opportunity. As we continue to develop and invest in our strategic growth plans (online/offline), we are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dynamic sales person to join the team.
We are looking to hire someone with a strong hunter-type mentality who can create an awesome record of opening doors with major retailers (of all sizes) as well as distributors across EMEA, US, CASA & APAC.
We are looking for a relentless, London-based Senior BDR to spearhead our global outbound efforts. You will be the "tip of the spear," responsible for breaking into new international markets, securing high-value meetings for the leadership team, and acting as a growth engine for our distribution partners. This is a pure hunter role.
£25,000-£32,000 basic (dependent on experience)
£50,000 OTE per year + Uncapped commission
*Important* Minimum 2 year outbound experience is required + able to travel into London, Oxford Street.
Responsibilities will include:
- Global Market Entry: Identify and engage top-tier distribution partners in specific target countries through high-volume, multi-channel outreach.
- Trade Show Domination: Take full ownership of the meeting diary for international trade shows, ensuring the leadership team has a back-to-back schedule of qualified prospects.
- Distributor Amplification: Act as an "on-demand" outbound tool for our distributors, cold-calling and securing meetings with major retailers on their behalf to drive product sell-in.
- C-Suite Engagement: Secure discovery calls and brand presentations with key decision-makers at global retail groups.
- Strategic Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM data, and cold outreach to map out "Fortress Accounts" and build a consistent pipeline.
Requirements…
- Minimum 2 Years Outbound Experience: You must have a proven track record in a high-activity outbound role (BDR/SDR), ideally within retail, FMCG, or international distribution.
- The Hunter DNA: You are motivated by "The No." You understand that persistence is the difference between a lead and a meeting.
- London Based: Ability to work from our London hub (Oxford Street) and travel occasionally for international trade shows.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You can distil a complex brand value proposition into a 30-second "elevator pitch" over the phone.
