We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.
We are seeking a passionate International Marketing Director, Growth Disorders to join our growing team. In this role, you will shape and execute the international marketing strategy for our growth disorders portfolio, ensuring strong positioning, successful launches, and optimal patient access across markets. You will work at the intersection of global strategy and local execution, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and international partners.
You will report to the Head of International Strategic Marketing, based in the UK, and work closely with InternationalMedical Affairs and Market Access to bring impactful, data‑driven strategies to life.
The position can be based in one of our European offices (UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, or Denmark).
Your key responsibilities will be:
Develop and implement a cohesive international marketing strategy for the growth disorders portfolio, acting as a bridge between global teams and local partners
Drive brand positioning, value proposition, and consistent messaging across international markets
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, R&D, regulatory, market access, digital, and medical affairs, as well as regional partners
Support go‑to‑market strategies, market access, and commercialization efforts to optimize product uptake
Define KPIs, analyse market data, and lead multiple marketing projects to ensure impactful execution
Qualifications and Skills
You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field – and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in international strategic and executional marketing within the life sciences industry.
Furthermore, you have:
A deep understanding of the market landscape, including market access, patient pathways, and regulatory environments
A proven track record in developing and executing international marketing plans in collaboration with partners
Strong experience driving brand strategy and enhancing customer engagement
Experience managing a portfolio of products in a competitive environment
Solid experience with lifecycle management initiatives
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a data‑driven approach
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a cross‑functional and multicultural environment
