International Sales Manager / International Account Manager / Business Development Manager required for a manufacturer of optical inspection and metrology systems used in industrial sectors such as precision engineering, electronics, medical, automotive and aerospace.\n\n The International Sales Manager / International Account Manager / Business Development Manager will be responsible for the development of key accounts within the Microscopy division. This is a global position covering all countries except the Americas. You will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and new clients, managing contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions.\n\n The International Sales Manager / International Account Manager / Business Development Manager will work remotely with a global coverage (other than Americas) and will have proven experience selling microscopy products and demonstrable account management experience.

 \n\nPackage:\n\nBase salary up to £65,000 Dependent on Experience\nCommission\n24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays\nMonday- Friday\nCompany Car or Car Allowance\nPhone + Laptop\nMedical Insurance\nRemote Position with global coverage \n\n Responsibilities:\n\nMaintaining and developing strong relationships with key existing and prospective clients\nDesigning and executing strategic plans to penetrate target accounts\nSecuring approved supplier status with relevant multinational organisations\nRegistering as an approve supplier on appropriate industry and country-specific portals, and actively responding to tenders\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams, sales, marketing, design, procurement and customer support\nIdentifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts\nPreparing and presenting reports on account performance, sales forecasts and market trends to internal stakeholders\nLeading contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions\nPartnering with product development teams to share client feedback and insightsRequirements:\n\nStrong sales experience within Microscopy\nExtensive Account Management skills with a track record of successfully managing key accounts\nComprehensive understanding of microscope market trends, buyer processes, and industry dynamics
