Are you looking to launch your career in International HR? Do you enjoy solving problems, supporting people, and working with clients from around the world?

We’re seeking an Associate International HR Consultant to join our International Consultancy team. This is a fully in‑person role offering hands‑on experience with Senior Consultants while supporting global clients across a variety of HR and benefits projects.

You’ll develop expertise in international HR operations, employee benefits, employment documentation, and global compliance — all while building confidence in client-facing work.

What You’ll Do

International HR & Consultancy Support

* Coordinate global employee benefits enrolments, renewals, medical assessments and changes.

* Prepare HR documentation including letters, forms, payroll updates and employee files.

* Maintain HR systems, trackers, templates and produce basic reports.

* Support daily HR admin tasks including inbox monitoring, scheduling and following up on client actions.

* Assist with drafting employment contracts, offer letters, policies and handbooks for multiple countries.

* Help develop and roll out onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle processes.

* Research international employment legislation and summarise key requirements.

* Provide first‑line HR guidance to clients and escalate complex queries.

* Support Senior Consultants with project plans and international operational tasks.

* Maintain accurate client records, consultancy hours and case details in the CRM system.

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Ambitious and eager to develop a career in International HR

* Confident communicating with clients and colleagues in person, by email and via video

* Able to manage deadlines and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment

* Curious about global HR practices and working with international clients

* Detail‑orientated, accurate and thorough in their work

* Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently

* Able to build strong relationships and contribute to a collaborative team

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

(Helpful but not essential — we encourage applicants from all backgrounds.)

* 1–2 years of HR or benefits experience

* HR‑related degree

* CIPD qualification

* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

* Experience working in an international context

* Foreign language skills
