An opportunity is now available for a Vice President, International Benefits to work for a international Financial Services business. A Senior role overseeing international benefits across 26+ countries. We are seeking an experienced benefits leader to drive the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of our global benefits offering across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Reporting to the Head of International Employment Tax, Benefits Strategy & Global Mobility (with matrix reporting to senior HR and global benefits leadership), this role provides strategic oversight while leading a small London-based specialist and an India-based shared services benefits administration team. This is a hands-on, high-impact position for a dynamic professional with strong commercial acumen, resilience in complex multi-jurisdictional environments, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences. You will balance strategic planning with operational execution, ensuring our benefits remain competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with business growth.
