** Internals Site Manager Role for a traditional building contractor, with an excellent name, who allow you the autonomy to deliver projects from start to finish, without the excessive red tape and typical tier 1 protocols **
The Company
The building contractor takes of projects of varied nature, Healthcare, education, local authority, commercial, private residential, sports and leisure, embassy and buildings.
The building contractor has always been known to have an excellent reputation, focusing on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £2m - £20m, including refurbishment and new build.
The Candidate
The Candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as an Internals Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects up 15m value. The candidate would have ultimate responsibility for Internal package managing subcontractors, adhering to programme, reporting in to Project Manager.
The Project
The contractor operating in and around Windsor, covers a variety of sectors, doing both New build, Refurbishment & extension. This project will be a £15.5m new build Hotel.. They are looking for someone who has experience as a Site Manager, overseeing internal packages, within similiar schemes, such as Hotels / Student Accomodation & Carehomes.
Great attention to detail with design, managing Internal packages, in a high faced fully operational environment.
You'll be the sort of Internals Site Manager who:
·Can convince a tradesperson that their version of perfect needs just a touch more… perfection.
·Smiles while asking for one more tweak on a door frame, knowing the client will notice it anyway.
·Sees a small misalignment and treats it like a personal affront to the project.
·Has the patience, persistence, and personality to get the finish flawless - without losing the team or your sense of humour.
·Has the experience, credibility, and solid main contracting background to run a high-end block without drama.
