Internals Site Manager\n\n£100m High-Rise Residential Scheme – Birmingham City Centre\nUp to £60,000 + £5,500 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits\n\nAn established main contractor is delivering a landmark £100m high-rise residential development in Birmingham City Centre and is looking to appoint an experienced Internals Site Manager to take ownership of the internal works packages through to completion.\n\nThis is a key role on a complex, multi-storey residential scheme, offering long-term security, a strong benefits package, and the opportunity to work on one of the city’s most prestigious projects.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Internals Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of all internal trades, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high-quality finish. You will work closely with the Project Manager, external works teams, and subcontractors to drive progress across multiple plots and floors.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * \n\n Managing and coordinating all internal fit-out works (drylining, M&E interfaces, joinery, finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)\n\n * \n\n Overseeing subcontractor performance, quality, and programme\n\n * \n\n Ensuring health & safety standards are met and maintained at all times\n\n * \n\n Carrying out quality inspections and snagging to handover standard\n\n * \n\n Managing short-term programming and sequencing of works\n\n * \n\n Liaising with design, commercial, and site teams to resolve issues efficiently\n\nAbout You\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Internals Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects\n\n * \n\n Experience working on high-rise residential schemes is highly desirable but not essential\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of internal construction processes and sequencing\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified\n\n * \n\n Able to manage multiple subcontractors and drive high-quality outcomes under pressure\n\nPackage & Benefits\n\n * \n\n Salary up to £60,000\n\n * \n\n £5,500 car allowance\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Discretionary annual bonus\n\n * \n\n Private healthcare\n\n * \n\n Company pension scheme\n\n * \n\n Long-term opportunity with a well-regarded contractor and a strong regional pipeline\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an Internals Site Manager seeking a flagship Birmingham project with a supportive, professional team and genuine career progression.\n\nFor more information or a confidential discussion, please apply today and send your CV over
