Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Initial Focus – 80%) Partner with leaders and hiring managers to define needs and build scalable hiring strategies. Own end-to-end recruitment across functions: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding. Proactively headhunt and build talent networks. Drive employer branding initiatives and streamline recruitment processes via ATS. Track hiring metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
