Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an Internal Sales Executive based in Wakefield. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, managing client inquiries, and actively contributing to sales growth. The candidate will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and understanding their needs. You will collaborate with the team to ensure the timely delivery of products and handle inventory-related tasks as required. Qualifications
Strong communication, relationship management, and customer service skills Sales aptitude and the ability to meet and exceed targets Proficiency in order processing and organizational abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of electrical products or willingness to learn Competence with IT systems and software for sales and inventory management Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Relevant experience in sales or customer service is a plus
