Internal Sales Executive 📍 Near Reading | 💷 £30,000-£38,000 + uncapped OTE | 🕘 Full-time, Permanent We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established consultancy for an Internal Sales Executive to support their business development team. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying high-quality sales opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline through research, email, LinkedIn and telephone outreach. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided. Key responsibilities
Building and managing a sales pipeline Researching target organisations and sectors Engaging C‑suite and senior stakeholders Booking qualified meetings for Managing Directors
About you
Sales, outbound or lead generation experience (B2B or B2C) Confident communicator with a proactive, resilient mindset Strong organisation and time management skills Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Able to commute to an office near Reading
