Internal Sales Executive - St Helens - Permanent - up to £30k DOE + Bonus An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Executive to join a long‑established leading company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales activities, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales process to drive revenue growth. Key duties:
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers Foster and develop relationships with customers and potential clients Develop promotional strategy and activities with relevant stakeholders Work closely with estimating to ensure customer satisfaction where necessary Maintain a positive attitude while inspiring co‑workers and clients to grow the business Set aims and objectives to develop and improve business Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts Act as the main contact for customer accounts
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships Target‑driven with a proactive and self‑motivated attitude Good organisational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team
