Your goal is to maintain and grow your key account customers and to obtain continuous rapid growth and market share while ensuring company profitability and a positive return on investment for our organization.

Key Accountabilities
/n
/n 1. Development - winning new customers not previously buying from us, /n 2. Retention - maintaining your existing key accounts and current revenue stream /n 3. Penetration - selling more to your key account customers. /n
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n 1. You are responsible to grow your key accounts year on year /n 2. Your growth will come from new customers, retention, and penetration through professional Key Account Management. /n 3. You will report to your manager on a weekly basis your sales activity, key customers advancements and customer intelligence reports. /n
/n
Essential Experience & Skills
/n
/n - Minimum of 1 year of telesales or Account Management experience /n - Good level of computer skills /n - Self starter with strong initiative to make positive change within our business /n - Fantastic communication skills /n - Energetic team player /n - Work with senior people within our organization /n - Has a demonstrated proven track record of sales success /n - The ability to multi-task /n - Consistent positive attitude /n /n - Proven objection handler /n
