Internal Sales Executive – Fire Engineering Location: Pontefract, WF11 Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 basic + commission OTE: £3,000 – £10,000 (dependent on targets achieved)Are you a driven, target-focused sales professional with experience in fire engineering or fire-related services? We are recruiting for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join a growing building services provider based in Pontefract (WF11).This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the company's client base across the commercial, industrial, engineering, and manufacturing sectors, with a strong focus on fire engineering services.The RoleAs an Internal Sales Executive, you will: Proactively cold call and generate new business opportunitiesDevelop and win new clients within commercial, industrial, engineering & manufacturing marketsPromote and sell fire engineering and associated building services, including: Fire testingFire safety compliance servicesAccess control systemsSecurity services Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into salesManage and grow existing accountsBuild long-term client relationshipsWork towards and exceed sales targets What We're Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales within fire engineering, fire protection, or fire safety servicesStrong understanding of fire testing, compliance, and relevant industry standardsConfident cold caller with excellent objection-handling skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and resilientExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities What's On Offer £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)Commission structure with £3,000 – £10,000 OTEClear opportunity to grow and develop within the businessSupportive and professional working environment If you have fire engineering sales experience and are looking for a role where you can truly make an impact, we want to hear from you.
