Location: Errol, Scotland -100% office-based (15 minutes from Perth and Dundee, 30/40 minutes from Fife, Edinburgh and Stirling)

Method: Telephone and video consultative sales

Basic Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

All-Team Bonus: Performance-related team bonus (Realistic OTE £45,000+)

The Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you aren't a junior - you are the Leader of a Sales Pod. You take ownership of every deal from the moment an enquiry arrives until the project is installed. You have a sense of passion for every enquiry and nurture them through to completion,


Don't feel you have relevant experience? That's OK - attitude matters more to us. If you have the right mindset, training for the role is available.


How the Pod Works

  • You handle inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
  • You work with a Project Consultant to form a high-performance sales unit.
  • You are the manager of every deal in your pod. You are responsible for ensuring the Project Consultant stays on top of every task and doesn’t let things slip. You decide which projects are worthy of spending time on.

  • You have an excellent, persistent phone manner and present with authority.
  • You get a kick from a well-managed CRM and a lead that is 100% ready to close.
  • You realise that in complex infrastructure, the win is a long game and persistence pays.
  • This is an office-based role in Perth, Scotland.
