We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Internal Sales / Customer Support professional to join a team at the UK head office in Hull.
With the headquarters in Germany, a factory in Belgium and offices all over Europe; UK France, Spain and Italy youd be working for a Japanese Company with a focus on positive employee engagement and core values of trust and integrity. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales administration, internal sales or customer service who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both customers and internal teams. You will play a key role in processing customer orders, handling enquiries and ensuring customers receive excellent service from order through to delivery.
THE ROLE Your responsibilities will include: Processing customer orders and quotations. Communicating with OEM customers, distributors and end users.
