Youll be known as a Hires Co-ordinator at Smiths Equipment Hire, and your role will be sales and customer service focused. Be sure though this is not a cold-calling sales role.
Smiths Hire is the Northwest's Largest Independent Equipment Hire company with 19 Hire It Centres located across the region.
We are looking for a passionate, well organised and driven individual who will be responsible for coordinating Equipment Hire requests across the company with a focus on providing a best in industry service to our Key Accounts. Working within the Central Hires Team, located in our Blackpool Head Office you will be dealing with customer hire requests, whilst liaising with Depots & wider team.
You will be with our customers every step of the way from the moment they call to the moment their kit arrives on site. This role is all about helping our customers get what they need to get the job done, whilst building up strong, positive and long-lasting relations...
