We're working with a successful and growing business in Mid Kent who are looking for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity to work with an existing, warm client base, with the chance to earn uncapped commission on top of a solid basic salary.

What you'll be doing:

• Speaking with existing customers and processing orders
• Building relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products/services
• Booking appointments for the external sales team
• Following up on campaigns and enquiries
• Researching potential new business opportunities

What we're looking for:

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, or a phone-based role
• Confidence speaking to customers and building rapport
• A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys working towards targets and earning commission
