About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR and Business Support team on a maternity cover contract. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet both current and future workforce needs.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives across the business.

The HR and Business Support team supports the smooth operation of the business by overseeing people, facilities, IT, telecoms, mobiles, fleet, and general operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates while reducing recruitment spend where possible Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases, alongside recruitment agencies where required Manage and maintain the Teamdash recruitment system across the business Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability against essential role criteria Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through to offer acceptance Ensure all references, interview scoring, and recruitment documentation are co...
