Your Role
As our Internal Quality Assurer , youll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards across our training programmes. Youll be the guardian of quality ensuring every assessment is fair, consistent and compliant with awarding body standards.
Youll support assessors to develop their skills, monitor learner progress, and make sure our learners stay on track to achieve success. Youll also have the chance to shape the future of our quality processes and champion best practice across the academy.
What Youll Be Doing
Lead on internal quality assurance for vocational qualifications

Plan, record and sample assessments to ensure consistency and accuracy

Support assessors with constructive feedback and targeted development

Oversee EQA visits and ensure readiness for external verification

Attend standardisation meetings and help drive continuous improvement

Maintain all IQA documentation in line with company and awarding body requirements

Keep your occupational competence and CPD up to date .

What Were Looking For
Qualified IQA (V1 / D34 / TAQA) with relevant sector qualifications

Experience in quality assurance for vocational learning programmes

Strong understanding of awarding body processes and compliance

Excellent communication, organisation and mentoring skills

A proactive, self-motivated approach with great attention to detail

Flexibility to travel between sites when needed
