About the Role

This newly created role will be responsible for shaping and delivering strategic internal communications and cultural engagement programmes across a fast-paced, multinational environment.

You'll combine project management, creative storytelling, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen cultural alignment and internal brand advocacy from within.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a cultural ambassador – designing initiatives that reflect and reinforce our client’s unique values and working style.
  • Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives such as service anniversaries, recognition programmes, internal awards, and team events.
  • Manage and continuously improve onboarding content (video, digital, and in-person) to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams from HR, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to co-create relevant, localised engagement initiatives.
  • Work with in-house creative teams to develop engaging internal storytelling content.
  • Maintain and evolve digital platforms used for internal recognition and engagement, streamlining processes and enhancing participation.
  • Inspire and influence senior leaders and teams across 50+ countries, tailoring messaging for diverse cultural and communication needs.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations to senior leadership, reporting on programme success and identifying future opportunities.
  • Continuously explore innovative, scalable ways to enhance employee experience and embed company culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing internal communications or employee engagement programmes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives with autonomy.
  • A passion for storytelling and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative, creative thinker with the ability to identify new engagement opportunities and bring them to life.
  • Experience working across geographies with a strong global mindset and intercultural awareness.
  • Comfortable using digital tools to scale engagement efforts – and always looking for process improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Why Join Our Client?

This is a unique opportunity to shape how thousands of employees across EMEA experience, live, and contribute to an exciting, high-performance culture. If you're energised by the chance to drive meaningful engagement on a global scale, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
