As our Internal Audit Manager, you will:
Be a key part of the Risk Assurance service’s expansion in this exciting period of growth for the company, providing valuable support to the Head of Risk Assurance/Internal Audit and wider business.
Be a champion for quality, ensuring every engagement meets the highest standards of clarity, insight and professionalism
Work with a diverse client base that values our service, giving you exposure to multiple sectors, organisational cultures and risk environments
Play a key role in embedding continuous improvement and innovation
Build strong relationships and add value at all levels

What we’re looking for
You’ll thrive here if you are:
A strong communicator who can engage confidently with clients and colleagues
Passionate about internal audit and the value it adds to organisations
Strong focus on quality and meticulous in your approach
A natural problem solver who enjoys understanding new issues quickly
Experienced in internal audit and has a good understanding of the Global Internal Audit Standards
Someone who leads by example and promotes professionalism, integrity and continuous improvement

Location
This is a hybrid role, requiring some on-site and some remote working. The majority of our clients are currently in South Wales.
