With a strong pipeline of secured work and projects ranging up to £20M, this business has built an excellent reputation delivering rainscreen cladding replacement, fire remediation, and external envelope works across the South. The Opportunity You will be site-based on a £15M faade remediation scheme in Basingstoke , working as part of an experienced commercial team. This role offers a genuine opportunity for: An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor already running projects, or An Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up and take on more responsibility Youll be supported by senior management while being given the autonomy to develop and progress your career.
