As an Intermediate Java Developer, you'll be hands-on in designing and developing backend, service, and portal systems that power secure, scalable payment processing. Why Join? Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend systems focused on performance, scalability, and security. Understand client and partner needs, translating them into high-quality, innovative software solutions. Contribute to all stages of the SDLC - from requirements analysis to release and post-deployment verification. Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure deliverables are technically accurate, testable, and on time. Support deployments to internal test environments and production data centres. Essential Experience 3+ years' experience in backend engineering, ideally within a Fintech or high-availability environment. Experience in Java / Spring Boot development, including design patterns, OO design, and refactoring. Strong understanding of REST API design Experience building fault-tolerant, multi-threaded systems and working with load balancing concepts. Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and Behavioural Driven Development (BDD). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. What's on Offer?
