Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established London design practice for a Midweight Interior Designer with 4–6 years of experience to join their growing interiors team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary studio working across architecture, urban design, and interior design. The practice delivers a range of high-quality projects including workplace, residential, and mixed-use interiors, with a strong emphasis on design-led thinking and contextual design.


The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to projects from concept through to completion, working closely with architects, consultants, and clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of interior design concepts and spatial strategies.
  • Prepare mood boards, presentations, and design narratives for client review.
  • Produce 3D models, visuals, and presentation drawings.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical drawing packages and interior detailing.
  • Support the development of FF&E schedules and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architectural teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and client presentations.
  • Assist the senior team in delivering projects through design development and construction stages.


Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in interior design
  • Previous experience working on commercial workplace projects
  • Strong design sensibility with a good understanding of materials, detailing, and spatial designs.
  • Proficiency in Revit, alongside Adobe Creative Suite is essential
  • Experience preparing presentation material and technical drawings
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
