Interim Transactional Finance Manager

Astute Recruitment are seeking an experienced Interim Transactional Finance Manager to join a friendly, supportive team within a rapidly growing company in NG10. This is a key finance leadership role, with direct reports and reporting directly to senior management. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, driving process improvements, supporting your team, and contributing to the company's ongoing growth and success. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
- Ensure timely processing of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions and manage tight deadlines
- Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers and reconcile with the General Ledger (GL)
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and management reporting
Requirements / About You:
- Proven experience managing a finance team
- Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the business
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Proactive, organised, and capable of driving process improvements
