Role Summary

Responsibilities
Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior management, providing insightful analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Partner with various departments to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans aligned with organisational objectives.
Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
Support month-end and year-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and control measures.
Assist in preparing business cases for new projects, initiatives, or investments.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
Facilitate effective communication of financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and management within a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making.
Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.

Desirable Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a strategic finance partner role or business partnering environment.
