Job Description

We are partnering with a leading FTSE listed financial services organisation who are looking for an experienced Interim Analyst to join the business on what will be an initial 4-6 month contract.


This will be a high visibility role that will own the day-to-day administration of the organisations employee share plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer all-employee share plan offerings, including the Global Share Purchase Plan and Share Incentive Plan, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all plan activity.
  • Manage quarterly grant and vesting processes under long-term incentive plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders across HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Tax, as well as third-party administrators.
  • Act as the primary Reward contact for all share plan matters - liaising with HR, Recruitment, Finance, Payroll, and Tax


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working within a Reward team, with a focus on share plan administration.
  • Experience working with share plan administrators; experience with Global Shares is a strong advantage.
  • High attention to detail when handling and reconciling large datasets, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
