Interim Project Manager

Your new role As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of residential or commercial construction projects from inception to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining strong communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive projects forward to meet deadlines and quality expectations. What you'll need to succeed You’ll need proven experience managing construction projects within the residential or commercial sector, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field is desirable, and experience with contract administration and cost control will be highly advantageous.
