This will be hands‑on assignments suited to confident leaders who can quickly assess services, implement change, and ensure regulatory compliance.You will be deployed across a range of settings including:Children’s Residential HomesSupported Accommodation (16-17)Semi-Independent ProvisionWe are particularly interested to hear from you if you have previous experience working with children with Learning Disabilities in a care setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide interim leadership during periods of instability, registration, or improvementLead services through Ofsted registration and inspection readinessStabilise teams, embed structure, and improve staff performanceDrive compliance with Ofsted regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding frameworksReview and strengthen: Policies and proceduresCare planning and risk managementStaffing structures and rotasSupport with action plans following inspections or regulatory concernsWork collaboratively with Responsible Individuals, Directors, and external professionalsAbout YouHave previous experience as an Ofsted Registered ManagerHave successfully supported Good/Outstanding inspections or service turnaroundsHave strong knowledge of: Children’s Homes Regulations & Quality StandardsSupported Accommodation StandardsCan quickly diagnose issues and implement solutionsAre confident managing teams in challenging environmentsAre flexible and able to travel at short noticeDesirable ExperienceExperience supporting new service registrationsBackground in turnaround / improvement projectsMulti-site or regional management experienceOfSTED Consultancy or interim experienceWhat We OfferConsistent pipeline of interim and consultancy opportunitiesFlexible working arrangementsOpportunity to work across a variety of services and providersSupport from an experienced consultancy team #J-18808-Ljbffr
