Interim Manager

Location: Onsite, South Wales (5 days per week) Duration: 3-6 months Start: ASAP We're looking for an Interim Manager to lead a Learning Disability service, supporting the team and leading the day to day management.

The Role

Day-to-day management of the service Focus on culture, quality, and operations

Ensuring staff are support and mentored

Work closely with Senior Team members and external stakeholders

Supporting teams to deliver meaningful, empowering lives for the people they support

Requirements

CIW Experience Proven experience in service management within Adult Social Care Deep understanding of change management , workforce culture, and operational improvement
