Interim Management Accountant (Maternity Cover)
We are delighted to be partnering with a growing, UK-based technology organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced Interim Management Accountant on a fixed-term maternity cover contract .
Working in a hybrid environment , this opportunity is ideal for a qualified Management Accountant who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, commercially focused business.
The Role: Reporting directly into the CFO, this role will cover all aspects of Management Accounting and will sit within a collaborative finance function encompassing Accounting, Transactional Finance, Legal and Compliance. Preparation of Group Management Accounts, including detailed commercial analysis Preparation of draft monthly Board reporting Calculation and posting of key supplier accruals, deferred income and prepayments Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations Production of VAT returns and corporation tax analysis Cashflow forecasting Supporting the CFO with the adoption of AI tools Acting as a key stakeholder in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaison with auditors General finance duties, including supporting wider Group finance activities and ad-hoc transactional support
