Leading on a range of UK financial services regulatory matters Advising on FCA requirements, regulatory change, and ongoing compliance Partnering closely with product, compliance and senior stakeholders Supporting business growth initiatives from a regulatory perspective Providing pragmatic, commercial advice in a fast-moving environment
About you
Qualified lawyer with 8+ years’ PQE Strong financial services regulatory experience (FCA focus essential) Previous in-house experience within fintech, banking, or wider FS Confident operating at senior level with minimal supervision Available to start immediately or at very short notice London-based with hybrid working Competitive day rate (outside IR35 depending on setup) Initial contract with strong likelihood of extension
