Your new role

As Interim Legal Counsel, you will join the UK legal team and play a key role in providing legal services to the UK business while managing legal risks. You will work on a broad range of legal matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts related to asset management, supporting company secretarial duties, advising on regulatory developments, and collaborating with global legal teams and other business functions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4 years + PQE (guideline only)
• Strong understanding of asset management and financial services law
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in company secretarial duties is desirable
• Knowledge of the English legal and regulatory framework
