Opportunity to join a busy in-house legal team for a Junior Lawyer with Privacy/GDPR and Compliance experience on an initial 6 month FTC basis with potential to go permanent.

Salary c£65-75k FTE.

Reporting to the General Counsel you will be responsible for: overseeing GDPR matters and implementing the compliance program identifying opportunities for improvement in managing GDPR and legal risk assisting on general legal compliance matters and projects Company Secretarial duties, keeping records and filings up to date, supporting the Company Secretary on investor relations matters, Board meetings advising the business on changes to regulatory frameworks and legislation extensive liaison with internal stakeholders and external counsel when required
