As an Interim HR BP, you will partner closely with senior leaders and line managers to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR solutions during a busy and transformative period.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as a trusted HR BP to business leaders, providing expert HR advice across a range of employee relations mattersLeading on complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence managementSupporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planningCoaching and developing line managers with guidance from an experienced HR BP perspectiveContributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring HR policies and practices remain compliant with current employment legislationSupporting engagement and retention strategies across the workforceAbout YouProven experience operating as an HR BP or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application in a fast-paced settingExperience managing complex employee relations cases independentlyExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructivelyA pragmatic, hands-on HR BP approach with strong problem-solving abilityCIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experienceShillito Group is a specialist recruitment and executive search partner, working with ambitious businesses to secure high-impact talent across commercial and engineering markets.
