An established international engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support the business through a period of change and increased people activity. This is a hands-on, operational and strategic HRBP role, partnering closely with senior and regional leaders across a geographically dispersed workforce.
The role
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle, balancing strategic people initiatives with day-to-day delivery. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sound judgement, and confidence handling complex people matters at pace.
Key responsibilities
Partner with senior and operational leaders to deliver people plans aligned to business priorities
Lead on complex employee relations cases, providing pragmatic, commercial advice to managers
Support workforce planning, attraction and retention activity in partnership with central recruitment
Identify, assess and develop talent, succession plans and high-potential employees
Coach and support line managers on performance management and organisational effectiveness
Contribute to and support the delivery of people change initiatives and HR projects
