A highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Business Partner to lead a pivotal HR change management project. This opportunity offers a meaningful role supporting strategic organisational development while working closely with senior stakeholders and teams. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing a consultation process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire consultation process, ensuring timely progress and alignment with key milestones. Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, staff representatives, external consultants. Ensure HR best practices are applied at every stage of the change process. Draft essential documentation such as consultation notes, contractual change letters, and reports. Support leadership representatives with HR insight and legislative context to enable informed decision-making. Coordinate key meetings, ensuring full stakeholder attendance and engagement. Attend and contribute to senior leadership meetings as required. Provide generalist HR support in line with the organisation's values and compliance standards.Essential Experience & Skills
