Interim Environment, Health and Safety Manager Salary: up to £65K pro rata. Our Nuneaton-based client is looking for an interim Environment, Health & Safety Manager to join their operations team. The Person: We are looking for a Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) professional who has held a EHS management position before, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (ideally food!) and has experience of driving world-class manufacturing systems and processes e.g. Lean six sigma. The Role: As Interim EHS Manager you will be supporting the site leadership team to ensure they remain focused on delivering their health, safety and environmental responsibilities. A key support to the site leadership team, you will advise and provide direction on risks, ensure legal compliance, and respond swiftly to emergencies—all to keep everyone protected and operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
Provide advice, support, and innovative solutions for safety and environmental problem-solving. Provide advice on, and ensure implementation of appropriate health, safety & environmental procedures.
