Interim Head of Rewards Location: London, hybrid Salary: £100,000 - £120,000

Purpose: As Interim Head of Rewards, you will develop, implement, and lead the organisation’s total reward strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, competitiveness in the market, and compliance with relevant regulations. You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team, HR, and Finance to shape reward frameworks that support the attraction, motivation, and retention of top talent.
