Interim Head of Finance | Cardiff/hybrid | 12 month ftc £56,198-£62,491 Our client is a small to medium sized public sector organisation, based in Cardiff. They are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Interim Head of Finance to lead the finance team in providing excellent financial leadership, governance and support to the wider business. The Head of Finance will play a key role in contributing to the development of the strategic plan and lead on the implementation of Finance activities in line with the purpose, values and vision. Key Responsibilities: Work with the Executive Team and leadership team to agree and deliver the strategic plan, vision and priorities. Communicate the organisations vision and ambition with energy and commitment, connecting the ambition to the organisations delivery objectives. Engage with external stakeholders and provide expert and technical advice on opportunities for innovation, efficiency and effectiveness. Sharing learning with the wider Leadership team.
