A Interim Head of Business Partnering to:
- Lead the HR Partnering and Employee Relations team
- Line manage a small team of HR Business Partners, setting the vision
- Provide strategic support and complex ER case management to your client group
- Lead the strategic direction of the Partnering function
- Lead organisational change and restructures
- Represent the HR team for people impacted change programmes
- Continue evolving the strategic partnering model that was recently implemented
Profile
A Interim Head of Business Partnering with:
- Previous strategic partnering experience
- Previous line management experience
- Available to start at short notice
