HWF is currently working with a well-established, multi-site retail business based in Leeds who are looking to appoint an Interim FP&A Manager to support the finance team during a key period of growth and change. This role offers a great mix of commercial finance business partnering and FP&A modelling, working closely with operational and senior stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions Act as a business partner to operational leaders, providing insight and challenge Build and develop performance reporting and MI for senior leadership Support wider finance initiatives and business unit performance reviews

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Strong FP&A and financial modelling experience Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders in a multi-site or retail environment Hands‑on, pragmatic and able to operate in a fast‑paced environment
